All manuals sent via the US Postal Service will be charged shipping and handling on the PGC International invoice, which will accompany your manual order. For all other orders sent through FedEx or UPS, the shipping company will charge your credit card directly for mailing costs and PGC International will charge for the manual(s) ordered.

Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central Time will be shipped the following business day.
